error when launching Navisphere
I have been given the task of configuring a CX 300 SAN to with IBM Blade centre - I have managed to connect via a serial cable to the SPA and SPB and configured the IP Address, when I install the Navisphere Management software on my laptop (Windows XP) to configure the SAN I get this error message
This user interface software does not support the version of the server software you are attempting to manage.
Please upgrade your user interface software. Select OK to exit the application.
Management Server Software Version: 6.24.1.4.0
User Interface Software Version: 6.22.20.1.14
I am using the CD's that came with the unit which was purchased 2 years ago
Where can I download the version of the UI Software - cant find it on the EMC website or even Dell (CX 300 purchased from Dell)
All help much appreciated
any other piece of software I need to install in order to manage the SAN

Looks like you need the Release 24 version of the managment UI. Or the easiest way to connect would be to just enter SPA's IP address in Internet Exploror and it will take you to the managment GUI. just make sure you have Java installed. it will prompt you if you dont.

Navisphere Off Array Management server and UI software download is available on powerlink under the following location.
Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads C > CLARiiON Navisphere Manager
Please installed the Navisphere Off Array Management Server and UI of the same version as that of the FLARE Code installed on the Array.

That indicates that you are not properly entitled. You will have to contact EMC support and have them add that download for you.
