How Clear Dirty Cache LUN

Question

I have a problem with one LUN in CX500, one LUN is set to "Dirty Cache LUN", and it is gone to unowned status, and host can not access this LUN.

I need to clear its dirty cache bit, but since it is not owned by any SP I guess the command won't work.

Please cuide me if you know any solution.

Hi,

there are procedures for that, but they are internal. Customers should not try this by their own, otherwise serious problems can arise.

I recommend you to open a support ticket and EMC tech support will assist you.
