How to find Case#

Hi All,

Recently I have received call from EMC. They gave me a case# for technical support in my region, i have tried to find out that Case# on my powerlink account but didn't find it. Does someone help me out to find it.

On the Powerlink Home page - there will be a Quick Service Request Search field on the right side of the page.

Also, you can search the Service request by navigating through -

Home > Support > Request Support > View Service Requests

and provide the search criteria.

However, you must be listed as a contact for the site and allowed to see the service requests for your site. Or else, you will not be able to see the service request.
