issues after replacing SPS on VNX5300

Hello,

Could someone help me please?

After changing SPS B on EMC VNX5300, the state of the new SPS is shown "Present" but on the properties it's shown as faulty with the message "Cabling Status is unknown" even if after connecting all the cables to their original locations.

The new SPS is physically functional as the power LED is ON and green, all the other LEDs are OFF.

Any idea please?
