Hi,

What you see in the connectivity status of your cx, in front of Mirrorview port which are registered, type "fibre" or iSCSi?

I dont show any connectivity as of yet. I am not at the customer site at the moment, but I think the problem is that they are using the 0 and 1 ports. The 3-20 mirrorview port on iscsi is 3. We will be reconfiguring to use those ports.

ohh......Mirrorview can't work on port 0 and 1. it should be port3 for iSCSi and 5 for FC.

Hi All,

Do you have any best practice documents mentioned about how to establish mirrorview iscsi connection?

Best Regards,

Port 1 it is, no worries ;)

CX3-10c: Ports 0 and 1 are iSCSI, ports 2 and 3 are FC.
These FC ports are in fact FC ports 0 and 1

CX3-20c: Ports 0, 1, 2 and 3 are iSCSI, ports 4 and 5 are FC.
These FC ports are in fact FC ports 0 and 1

CX4-120c: Ports 0 and 1 are FC, ports 2 and 3 are iSCSI.
These iSCSI ports are in fact iSCSI ports 0 and 1

Yeah, I know.... it's very easy to understand ;)

Are you using both SPA and SPB port 1? For iSCSI you need to have both SPA and SPB connected.
