Where i can take NaviSphere cli agent for windows? and what i must do to get log's from clariion? Thanks.

You find the Navisphere Agent/Cli in Powerlink under: Support -> Software Downloads and Licensing --> Downloads A-C --> Clariion Navisphere Host Based Agent/Cli

Navicli should have an option for getting logs...

As the previous reply said you can download the cli from powerlink

To run spcollects you type in

naviseccli -h SP Ipaddress (run from both SPA & SPB) spcollect

This starts the spcollects , wait for 5 minutes

then type

navicli -h Sp ipaddress managefiles -retrieve

This will display a list of files with an index number , the file has an extension of _data.zip (with the correct time/date stamp)

Also look at Primus emc60493 it gives a detailed explanation

Hello!the path 'Support -> Software Downloads and Licensing --> Downloads A-C --> ' does not contain 'Clariion Navisphere Host Based Agent/Cli ' Does ' CLARiiON Navisphere Server Utilities' contain the navisphere agent? thanks thomas

To download navicli & Agent you must have your software registered in powerlink
If you contact EMC with your site ID they can set this up for you.
In the meantime if you need anything urgently please call into Clariion Support
