You need to be more clear in what you're asking.
Also, what type of array is this and where did you see those messages?
Do you see any fault lights on the array?

These messages checked from spcollect log. and all LCC bus indication LED green blinking. and most of LUN has unknown owner.

Generally these are referring to the internal structure of the Vault drives - it looks like this might be after a reboot of the SP or the array or during an NDU.
What kind of array is this?
