Our Data Center floor manager has indicated that during monthly power audits the auditors are telling him that on side "B" no current is being detected.  So, they are asking us to provide an answer as to how power is distributed inside a CX4 array and should power be flowing up sides A and B.

I need to know if anyone can point me to a document that explains how this works.
