Powerpath - Degraded Disk
We are seeing an issue with a degraded disk within Powerpath, the disk is on a LUN that has a other disks attached to the same server, none of the other disks are showing any errors. Any ideas?

Could you provide a bit more detail?
What do you mean by "degraded"?
What is the PowerPath version?
What operating system is running on the server?
What array type?
What do you mean by "the disk is on a LUN that has a other disks attached to the same server"? Is this one LUN presented to the server divided into other disks on the server? Sort of like slicing up the LUN into small chunks and one of the chunks is not performing well?

The screenshot below gives more detail. The Clariion is an AX4 iSCSI, the host is a Windows 2008 Server (64bit), the version of Powerpath is 5.1 SP2. The LUN in question (disk 12 below) is on a disk pool that contains other LUN's that the server has access to, no other LUN's are displaying any issues,

Please try powermt check from command line and remove those dead path and do powemtcfg to reconfigure that particular path and check if that fixes the things for you.
Thank You

As Rama stated, the view from PowerPath on the host is showing that there is a "dead" path. From PowerPath you can run the "powermt check" command - thre are some differences with the Windows version of PowerPath vs. UNIX PowerPath - check the PowerPath manual. You can also run the "powermt restore dev=all" or the powermt config"

I really don't know. If 1 LUN has an issue and the other LUN's don't, it seems to me that both HBAs are ok and therefor the FC patchcables and switchports and storage ports as well. Powermt check or a server reboot should resolve the issue.
