How about Navisphere manager (How fast Navisphere manager responds)..?

If both are slow, then restart CIMOM and check.

And also check the Ethernet switch thorugh which these clariions are connected...

Hope this will be helpfull...

- go to http://sp_ip_address/setup
- login
- click "restart management server"
- Select "Yes"
- click "ok"

perform this on both SP with a gap of 1-2 mins between both restarts

I guess 10 -15 sec is normal for navicli to complete. Resetting the Management server as mentioned by kiran will help but still 10-15 secs is oaky.
More than a min is some problem to look at.
I have few clariions to work with who take the same time.
Please let me know if restarting the management server work's i'll try the same here.

Navin,
If all the devices were 10-15 secs, I would not know any better - but some are responding in about 1 sec.
As you can see, re-starting made no difference

Hi,

Have you checked the Port Speed set for the CLARiiON SPs and Switch port in which these SPs are connected...? You can refer the primus solution emc141041 and emc101865 which deals Navicli Slow response issue and how to set the port speed for the Clarrion SP Port.
