Claralert config -> Error while adding portal on 157.10.10.92
Hi,
I am getting the following error message while configuring claralert.
Claralert config -> Error while adding portal on 157.10.10.92
The IP which i have entered is the management host ip address.
Any idea of why i am getting this error message ?

The portal configuration IP address has been configured correctly, not sure why i am getting this error message still.

Hi Naresh,
You may try a reconfigure of the event monitor settings with the correct portal IP etc... This could probably because of wrong portal information.

Issue Resolved : Seems to be the user name and password given during portal configuration should have admin privileges.
