CX3-10c BCV (Clone)
Hello All,
I´m thinking of using the process of creating a Clone or BCV with the CX3-10c, but I have some questions that I believe that is better to talk with you:
-While creating the BCV I´ll lost the access to the volume that will be used as a source or I´ll only have problems with performance?
-Is necessary more license to perform this kind of procedure or Clariion CX3-10c can perform this kind of operation by default?
- If I perform the clone using the source as a LUN that is used as FC conectivity, can I send the cloned lun to a iSCSI host ( This is a combo version : Fc/iSCSI)?
Thank´s in advance.

1) It's online for the source, so no downtime for your primary
2) you need the Snapview license. With that you can do snapshotting and cloning
3) Yes. It doesn't matter how you reach the LUN as long as you consider that a LUN can only be reached by a single host over FC OR iSCSI, NOT both at the same time. However: you can reach a LUN over FC for 1 host and a 2nd host (in a cluster for example) over iSCSI. The LUN is a normal LUN on disks. FC or iSCSI is just a protocol over which you reach the LUN.
