Go on the back of the AX unit and on each side (if you have two storage processors), you will see an icon that looks like a little heartbeat.... is that blinking amber? If so, the unit is starting up, just let it complete the boot process and then you can manage the storage system.

If things get really weird, just power down the AX SAN, disconnect from power for about 3 minutes then let it power back up.

There are no lights on where you told me to look, should I just turn it off and then back on like you suggested or is there anything else I should look for.

That did the trick.
