Same as disk Message from Navisphere

Question

I recently upgrade the Clariion storage box and add 1 DAE with 6 Hdd rest is empty.

Empty disks is showing "E" status (Same as disk) message.

Could you anybody advise how to remove this message.

The E status means empty which is healthy and normal for an empty slot. Faults will show a red F. This is the same for all versions of FLARE and all models of CX, CX3, and CX4. There is no way to remove the E other than installing disks in the slot.

Hi, Your only work around to remove 'E' is  first log-off from Navisphere and then login again and don't expand the DAE which has empty disks. Thanks Sudhir
