server revision 6.19.4 not supported
Hi,
Looing under the storage systems in navisphere, I get the following Server revision 6.19.4.9.0 is unsupported. Any suggestions on wht needs to be done.

Can you provide more information about your setup? Do you have multiple arrays with different revisions of FLARE?
What you describe sounds like what you will see if you have multiple arrays in the same management domain and connect through Navisphere to an array with a lower revision than others in the same management domain. Arrays with a higher FLARE code will show up as "unsupported" in the Navisphere tree. Always connect to the array with the highest revision of FLARE code to be able to manage all arrays in the management domain.
