Hello community, this is my first post

I am integrating a EMC AX4-5 with SNMP, I have done it before, and it's a quite simple procedure.

The problem is that, I am able to receive the Test trap, butwhen I try to generate a real trap (i.e. rebooting one of the SPs) it does not generate any trap.

How can I troubleshoot this from the Navisphare GUI? Any other recommended action?
