Understanding disk layout
Just trying to get a better handle on how my clariion CS4-120 disk is layed out. Does anyone have any good docs that show/diagram out the different layers when it comes the (pools/volumes/disk/meta/slice/strip) just trying to understand a bit more about the emc world, and allow me to help troubleshoot performance a bit better moving forward.

These two manuals are good
Managing Celerra Volumes and File Systems with Automatic Volume Management

Run this script
/nas/tools/.whereisfs
This will give you information about your file systems and how they are laid-out on the back-end clarion.
