Undocumented error code 0x7128801d on CX380
Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has come across occurrences of CX3's kicking out the above error code from one SP via Claralert and, if so, whether you can shed any light on the cause (and how to suppress it if it's not a 'genuine' error)?
This seems to be a completely undocumented code (a search on Powerlink returns no hits), nor does it appear anywhere in the call-home template. This message always comes up in the SP log immediately before a SanCopy 'informational' message (0x71280004) so I am assuming that the 2 are interrelated - and that this is in fact also informational and can safely be ignored.
A few specifics :-
FLARE 3.26 patch 29
Call-home template version is 6.29.1 running in a centralised monitor configuration
Actual content of the Clarelert message is :-
Time Stamp 05/20/10 23:23:41 (GMT) Event Number 7128801d Severity Error Host DCACX380-2A Storage Array CK200080500496 SP N/A Device N/A Description Failing Command: Set LUN.
71 28 80 1d
Any suggestions welcome, otherwise I think it's SR time
Thanks,
Martin Jackson

"Internal information only: A request to device %2 has been sent to the wrong SP."
This is usually from a script that activates an action - like a clone command sent to SPA and the clone is owned by SPB - the command gets sent to the owning SP automatically - just an informational message - you may want to check you scripts to see that the commands are being issued to the correct SPA.
