UPGRADE CX4-240 WHITOUT ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE
Hi everyone,
I have in my inventory an EMC CLARIION CX4-240 and a VNX5400, I want to update the Clariion but my account says that "You are not authorized to view this DELL EMC Product" but I can see my VNX and download all the packet relationated to it, so I want to know if I can associate the Clariion to my account, or what can I do to update it... I have the SN and Sales Order Number, thanks...

It will have you login. Afterwards select the "Enterprise Account Online Help" and then in the drop down menu "Tell us more" select "Manage Contact Access and Roles".
