VNX5400 exidentally formated DDBS disks (0-3) recovery

Hi,

some time ago I've bought used VNX5400 with 20 disk + 4 DDBS volumes disks, I wasn't using for a quite long time and few days ago decided to finally set it up.

Person who was taking care of the device setup was asked to format lot's of disks from multiple JBOD's and Storages for a security reasons, but because I fully forgot to tell this person that disks in the 0-3 bays are Dell EMC OS dedicated they were also formated and changed sector size from 520 to 512. 

Of course after revealing this VNX5400 is no longer able to boot up.

So now question's:

• is there way to recover OS images on those disks?
  • if yes:
    • What are potential loses and issues (licenses etc)?
  • if not:
    • no questions

1. I'm having "remote hands only" access to the device
2. Device is connected using miicro-DB9 cabe to the server com port and I'm able to execute commands remotely on it
3. Device is also connected to the LAN
