As far as I know there is no way for you to do that right now, but if you call CoPilot they can do it for you.
..ack mutliple alerts.

It can be done via Powershell. See this script that was previously posted: en.community.dell.com/.../19423546.aspx
I use it often to acknowledge my alerts.

It can be done from Enterprise Manager. I now use EM for alert management rather than System Manager for this reason. If you don't use EM, I suggest you give it a try. Many things (though not everything) are easier/better in EM than SM.
