Bad Tape Error Power vault TL2000
Hello,
I have an error on Power vault TL2000.
"Bad Tape" error appear on some slots. Yesterday there was 6 slots with this error message, after diagnostic system the errors disappear. today I see three slots with error "Bad Tape"
The cartridges are all new. Anyway I changed them with new tape again but this error appear again.
Please help!

possibly a drive issue, head not reading the tape label correctly
