crashing could be caused from alot of things. I think we would need some more info. Did anything change recently? has there been any power outages? any newly added hardware?

Hello,

problem appeared when you changed the motherboard? You change it by our technician or by yourself?

It is difficult to make a proper analysis and troubleshooting via the forum for this kind of issue.

Can you contact the support?

@DELL-Marco B

Hello,

We changed the motherboard ourselves, since the sc8000 is no longer supported by DELL and we will not be able to purchase the service.
Before changing the motherboard the system does not boot after the change the system boots but we cannot login.

To see and troubleshooting the issue we need to make a deep analysis.

It is possible also that the new motherboard has some issue, as there is a new problem that is different from the previous one.

@Gjazyl can you confirm when you changed the motherboards you swapped over the SD cards? i believe with the sc8000 the SCOS OS resides on the little board connected to the motherboard. this board contains normally 2 micro SD cards. if you dident swap these cards more then likely the system is trying to boot into new SCOS and that is why it is crashing \ cant log in. this new SCOS that came with the new motherboard would not have any of your settings.
