Dell Compellent SC402 SNMP crash
Hi,
We own Dell Compellent SC402, as you know it has an SNMP service. we use the service with the PRTG system, the scanning interval is around an hour.
From time to time the service crashes and we get no response from it, only restart to the service(with the open mange) helps the issue.
Any one encountered this issue? any suggestions ?

This is an issue which has been identified in SCOS 7.1.20 or SCOS 7.2.11. The issue is resolved in SCOS07.02.30 and above per page 16 of the release notes:

SCOS-45091 - The SNMP service might stop unexpectedly and require a restart.
