not sure if this will help but if i were to guess it looks like the filesystem is bugged. The filesystem resides on the Sata drive which you can access if you flip over the controller and unscrew the metal latch. you could replace this but i think you would be better off replacing the whole controller. Then go through the steps of setting up / adding the new controller with the system. more then likely you would need dell technical support for this.

We tried to restart and run separately, the same error appears. The second controller has the error "Failed controllers, first selection, restart."
