It is best to contact support as there can be many reasons why your replacement controller is not showing. Support will need to get some logs and possible use secure console to see why the controller is not showing correctly.

Hello Rafiq, I replied to your private message, but I am posting on the forum also. You should go through support to get assistance in replacing the bad controller canister. This is because when you replace an SC4020 controller you must: 1. connect via serial connection to enter HSN and IP information before setting to join the controllers 2. Depending upon the SCOS version of the old canister you may need to upgrade the new canister before it will complete the replacement
