What you can do is to pull the top controller out of your system and the bottom controller should take lead. You may have to reboot your SC4020 so that the bottom controller will take lead. If pulling the top controller doesn’t make the bottom controller the lead, then you will need to call into support so that we can look into your issue deeper.
