Sc4020 progression failure error

We are facing issues with the Dell SC4020 storage  The alert is showing as below. I checked and noticed the time is in sync and it is matching on both controllers.

Please find the attach system checks done from my side. I noticed there are failures in disks while checking over putty session. But physically there were no failures as well as by logging through web browser we didn’t see any disk failures other than the progression failure error.

Could you please check and let us know why there is such mismatch.
