Hi,

I recently received a used SCV2020 and would like to factory reset it.

The Dell Storage Manager Client isn't able to automatically discover the controllers but I've figure out the IPs:

192.168.50.99 and 192.168.0.99

I've also made a serial cable and am able to communicate that way.

I've found general reset instructions but I'm concerned about the licenses.

Is there any instructions on how to reset the SCV2020 and retain licenses?

Any help is appreciated!
