Hi,

I need to get secure console working on scv3020 but everytime I start the service it says status is up and the IP address is 0.0.0.0 for both controllers.

All outbound traffic is allowed from controllers. In firewall logs I see mostly Accept: session timeout and Accept: session close.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
