I realize that the docs say vCenter 4.0, and as a matter of fact the plug-in itself says it only supports vCenter 4.0 and prevents the install. We are currently running vCenter 4.1 and plan on going to 5.0 soon, I was looking for CMDCE plug-in support for those versions.

Hi Dave,
In admin guide of 10.4.3 page 332:
The VMware vCenter plug-in is supported on the following configurations:
- ESX 4.0 and 3.5
- vCenter 4.0
In admin guide of 10.4.5 page 332:
The VMware vCenter plug-in is supported on the following configurations:
- ESX 4.0 and 3.5
- vCenter 4.0
Also in CMCNE shows the same.
Suggest to try E-lab navigator.
