Connectrix SANnav: DELL EMC Call home for Secure Connect Gateway
DELL EMC Call home for Secure Connect Gateway not able to connect from Connectrix SANnav.
The SRS Gateway Port is set to 5700 and I specified the SCG host IP. It complains about the SRS Gateway Username being incorrect when I attempt to login with the admin account.
Does DELL EMC Call home work for Secure Connect Gateway in Connectrix SANnav?

Hello troythector,
Since you are using SRS deployment, you must use an SRS VE gateway. You can’t use SCG on top of SRS/VEgateway.

Hi,
The username and password that needs to be entered in SCG is actually the email address and the password associated with the profile on the Dell Support site (since it will send a REST API call when you hit SAVE to add the SANnav server / switches to the SRS /SCG).
I know the Documentation is not clear and we have a RFE (Request for Enhancement) open to have it updated.
