Where can I download the firmware to ugrade to 9 my switches are currently running version 7.

I believe you have to get your local CE involved. They will need to upgrade your Connectrix Manager workstation too. In my case we went from a laptop running Connectrix Manager 7 to a 1-U server running Connectrix Manager 8, right before we upgrade firmware to 9.
