DS 4400 Radius

I am trying to enable RADIUS authentication to a couple of DS 4400 FC switches and I can get it to authenticate, but after login I can only get access as a user and not an admin. I'm using Cisco RADIUS and I think I need to set the RADIUS attributes to control the role of the ID to user, operator or admin. I don't know which parms to set.

Does anyone know where I can get the reference documentation? Did not see it in the user manual.
