ISL Trunking - multi duplicate drive issue

i implement ISL trunking between 5 san switch. after ISL, i can see 5 switch from log in to either one switch web-base management page. but the server, in the disk management, each disk show multiple same drive with duplication. after restart the server still be same. is it i need to re-do the zoning for the switch or i need to install multipath management software (MPIO) since switch already ISL? is it eitherr way can solve the issue? all the switch and storage already in production, is the critical case. what is the suggest action and what is the impact?

each host zone to array before isl and after isl is the same. before isl, everything look normal, but issue come out after isl trunking for 5 switch. is it i need to install emc powerpath for host? or it is regarding the zoning? is that possible after isl trunking, zoning duplicate? or juz after isl, become multipath, so need to install MPIO software?

not exactly sure what happened during zone merging when you ISL the switches but you definitely need to have PowerPath loaded on Windows servers, it will require a reboot.
