Please post a "show fcs ie" as this should show if there is an issue or not. When you work with EMC Support, please provide them with a full set of logs and not the issue in the previously noted show fcs displays to them.

That's a good thought on the supervisors. I'll give that a try - probably at the weekend just in case of any unexpected issues. I know there shouldn't be but.....

We have no gige ports - the switches are all FC

Sorry to keep asking questions but what model of switch is this? If it is a model 9500 switch, please roll the sups over as it may be an issue with the config on the standby. Also, do you have any GigE ports on this switch?

I would definitely recommend the supervisor roll and so did Cisco. The config on the ie output looks okay but the other one definitely shows an issue.

Do you have GigE ports for iSCSI or FCIP? If so, do you have any of them on the same subnet as the MGMT port?

I'd roll the supervisors and also pursue the support case. Please let us know how you make out.

It's looking as though the supervisor switch yesterday has solved the problem. ECC now shows correct IP addresses and no more stats collection failures.
