Please post a "show fcs ie" as this should show if there is an issue or not. When you work with EMC Support, please provide them with a full set of logs and not the issue in the previously noted show fcs displays to them.
That's a good thought on the supervisors. I'll give that a try - probably at the weekend just in case of any unexpected issues. I know there shouldn't be but.....
Sorry to keep asking questions but what model of switch is this? If it is a model 9500 switch, please roll the sups over as it may be an issue with the config on the standby. Also, do you have any GigE ports on this switch?
It's looking as though the supervisor switch yesterday has solved the problem. ECC now shows correct IP addresses and no more stats collection failures.

Do you have GigE ports for iSCSI or FCIP? If so, do you have any of them on the same subnet as the MGMT port?
