Setting the principal switch

Question

Have some IBM Blade Center's I need to connect to our existing fabrics. I want to set one of our main Brocade Directors as principal. I know the command to do this is: fabricprincipal -f 1

My question is; if all the other switches are set still to 0, will one of the other switches take over as principal, should the one that was set to principal have any problem, i.e. like getting turned off etc.

With the '1' option you define some switch as the principal, unrelated to wwn or domein id. As soon as the principal is down, the lowest wwn takes over as the new principal.
