Switch update

It seems I cannot find a document that details the
firmware update process for a DS200B switch at
version 5.2.1 to the highest version, essentially
the link where to download the new. Could someone
post the link, please.

unless you are EMC employee or partner you will not be able to download it from PowerLink. Get in touch with your local EMC CE.

Correct, if you downloaded it from Powerlink the manual is right there with the new firmware. So ask your CE to do the upgrade.

If you bought it directly from Brocade I'm sure the release notes will reveil the upgrade process as well.

Hi,
Thanks for your answers. I got it from EMC.
In addition, I sometimes do not know the EMC
equivalent of Brocade, example SW200E from
Brocade, what is EMC equivalent ?

EMC versus Brocade naming:
ED-48000B = 48000
MP-7500B = 7500
DS-5300B = 5300
DS-5100B = 5100
DS-5000B = 5000
DS-4900B = 4900
DS-4100B = 4100
DS-300B = 300
DS-220B = 200E

It's just that 200E model that's slightly different, the rest is pretty straight forward.

Wow - that's a very much straight forward demand - in some sports term it is a STRAIGHT DRIVE ;) -

Now Consty does not have any other option but to mark the question answered and Award Rob (does Dynamox come in picture too :) ) the well deserved points ... so Consty .. please do so :)

Wish all a wonderful week ahead (seems to be a very busy one for me :( )...
