3 Days and no confirmation e-mail.
I ordered an alienware alpha a few days ago and have yet to receive any confirmation. I didn't expect everything to be this *** up and if I had known when I first ordered the thing it was expected to arrive in three weeks I wouldn't have gone through the trouble. I figured all I can really do is come whine on here until Chat support is online tomorrow.

Good luck with chat support. They handle multiple customers at one time and ask the same question over and over and you do not get anywhere. Was given 2 wrong numbers.
