Question

The recent order issue requires someone to contact me. I've been trying for days to reach customer service at 832-427-0015. I'm very frustrated with my purchase and the customer service process. Please assist.

@DELL-Cares auto response​ All of the instructions that you have given me fail. I am still within the 15-day return window. I require this to be escalated. If I do not hear back, I have no other recourse but to file a dispute with Amex.
