Alienware Aurora R8 order

On September 1,2019, I ordered an Alienware Aurora R8 for $1,509.99 through PayPal and I got a call saying my order was cancelled. I checked on the website and it said my order was still active so I thought it was a scam or something and paid it no mind. Three days later, I continue to get more emails saying my order was cancelled and a call saying that my order was cancelled and I needed to redo my order but I check online again and my order was still active and my money was taken from my account. I checked the emails and contacted customer support and they said my order was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances but I still have not received my refund. Can anyone help me? I don't have my item and is now also $1,509.99 short because they failed to give me my refund and my item.
