Alienware desktop shipment keep delaying.
I ordered an Alienware desktop on September 1st, 2022, and it stated that it will be shipping on September 7th. However, it stucks at the production stage forever. The customer service keeps pushing the estimated shipping and delivery time back from a day to three days and to a week. Every time I ask customer service they told me that my order is left the manufacture location to ware house for shipping. I cannot verify those Information and I have no idea what exactly happened to my order. Now it shows that my order will ship at September 15th and arrive one week later, I really hope that's the final delay Dell gives to their customers.

International shipping takes time these days, and bear in mind that if you're in North America, the systems are built in China, so they have to travel more than halfway around the world before you receive the system.

I saw you replying similar content in this community for years. Well, others already made this clear. Why did dell put their estimated delivery date if they know they are short of video cards or the problems occurred during international shipping? They can publish the real estimated delivery date then customers can manage their time. International shipping is a phenomenon but not an excuse. I personally run an International delivery company, and from my experience that goods delivery from China to Canada usually takes 15-20 business days for standard shipping. However, dell can just be honest with their customers, putting the real estimated delivery date on the page. Even though I see my order will take 2 months to arrive before I purchase, I'll probably buy it, too. Keeping delaying an order just consumes the patience of customers and their trust in dell products.
