Alienware Gaming Bundle Offer

Trying to figure out who best to speak to seems pretty much impossible here. After going through the automated phone service I arrived at a tech support number who actually told me to contact Microsoft customer care - which seems ridiculous given this is a Dell promotion!

I bought a qualifying Alienware pc within the promotional window, and signed up / followed the instructions and received a confirmation email that my order had been processed but nothing has been sent and that’s almost 1 month.

I emailed the support email address via the promotional microsite https://alienware-promo-bundle.com along with my “confirmation number” and I’ve not had any reply whatsoever.

Same here. I received an email with the confirmation (kind of like a receipt) on the 30th of January. I tried emailing and nothing. Anyone from Dell could give us an update?

Anyone on here successfully received the controller via this offer?

If no one has received anything, was it a legitimate offer?

I emailed the contact details on the promotion page, they told me that the controller will be delivered by the 8th of March (tommorow) I won't hold my breath though
