m15 R4, keyboard issue

Hi,

I seem to be having a key board issue with my Alienware m15 r4 i9 3080, and have also noticed this to be a problem across this model. can you please advise on how to fix this please.

I can use my key board but the rgb lighting is not detected on the fx controller. I have the rainbow keys with individual colour scale.
