Alienware order delay due to part shortage

Not gotten any better. In my opinion, this is a straight up scam. Prove me wrong, but you cannot tell me Dell/AW can not track its inventory and orders better than this. If I was told on the day I ordered it that it would be 2/20 before I got my order, I would thought, that's a long time, but ok sure. But instead, I am being lied to and have gotten the pleasure of being disappointed 4 times now. Today is the THIRD TIME I have had my order delayed. Every time I have called in to order mod team and been told the processors are out. They put me on hold, come back and say, well we have this one, its a step up and it will ship MUCH sooner. Well, this time (call in #3) when I called in I stopped the guy and told him I already know what the issue is and I did not want to change the order again as it is obviously not getting me anywhere. I asked him to ask his Super about getting me a discount on a GPU upgrade instead. He said he could do nothing of the sort. So I will be looking into getting financing from Amazon or Newegg and I will build my own as I have in the past (wanted to skip the building part this time and I had the $$). If I had not already purchased a monitor through DFS to go with my AW order I would have cancelled on the 2nd order delay. If I get approved for either of the two mentioned above my order will be cancelled.
