Appalling customer service

You know how good a company os by its customer service. 

i have spent the last 17hours trying to get a customer service matter with a failed hard drive resolved. 

notified at 7.30am this morning and got fobbed off all day. 

and after telling me they would resolve tomorrow they have now changed to 5 business days. 

all a complete joke - i will never by dell again.

This is exactly my point - Dell were notified at 7.30am about this morning - didnt deal with the matter and now tell me they are looking at 5 business days to resolve
