Aurora R7, sent incorrect item?
I have an Alienware Aurora R7. I purchased this back in 2018. Love it. I was looking into upgrading my RAM. I reviewed my original invoice/paperwork and it states my computer has 32GB Ram. However, when I opened it up and check the task manager, there is only 16GB Ram. I don't know how I could have missed this? I assumed that Dell would send me the right product with the right specifications.

How many modules are actually in the system, and what is the total capacity shown on them?

The purchased 1 year warranty expired July 17, 2019.
The Dell online invoice for the private 2018 purchased Aurora R7 Service Tag shows it shipped from us with 16GB ram, two 8GB memory sticks =
This is also shown in the Dell internal tool =

I guess this answers my question...
Shipped as 16GB
Invoiced/Advertised as 32GB
