AW920H, boom microphone replacement?
I have misplaced my Alienware 920H Headset boom mic and am looking for a way to get a replacement. I cannot locate a service number so I have no way to submit a trouble ticket and when I call support they ask for the service number and dont know how to assist.

You can see if the part is being sold on EBay, etc. but it's unlikely Dell sells replacement parts for these.

ejn63 is correct. Dell cannot send out the items included in the AW920H box. They ship as part of the AW920H. We do not have Dell part numbers for those included items =
USB-A to USB-C charging cable
USB wireless dongle
3.5 mm inline audio cable
Detachable boom microphone
USB-A to USB-C adaptor
Because those items are "part" of the original shpped packaging, Dell cannot sell those items.

Why can't you? These are designed intentionally to not mate with standard headphone wires and mics.
I don't want you to 'send out' a part, I want to buy replacement parts.
But you're saying if I lose the $5 3.5mm cable, I have to pay $200 for a new headset? Are you kidding?
That is just ridiculous. Congratulations, not only will I not buy any more gaming gear, I'll not be buying anymore dell gear period.
