AW920H headphones stopped working in 3 months

I have been trying to connect with alienware support since two weeks and they keep on sending me from dialing one number to another. My headphones broke on their own and they have no service tag or express code and no one is ready to help me. How do i use my warranty to get it replaced or repair? Their head piece detached from ear piece on its own.
