BIOS Password Reset

I just today got a Dell Latitude 5500 and i want to update the BIOS so i can change the Fn key behavior but in order to do any of these two i need to unlock the BIOS.

This LapTop have been just bought and none information is being provided on the BIOS.

    Contact your seller.  If they cannot provide the password for this (used) system, return it for a refund.
